Forum privacy notice
Pinward Community is operated by Avery (qtrfeast). For privacy questions, account requests, or concerns that should stay private, email support@qtrfeast.com. This notice covers the forum; it does not describe the game's data practices.
Your account and participation
We use your account details, posts, preferences, saved drafts, and subscriptions to provide the forum. Session cookies keep you signed in. We also keep records needed to manage the community, protect accounts, and investigate problems or abuse.
Public discussions, usernames, public profile details, and shared attachments can be read without an account. Readers and search engines may copy public content. Your email address and saved draft text are not publicly displayed. Administrators may access stored information when necessary to operate the forum or respond to a request.
Uploads are served publicly. Do not upload private files, including while composing a draft. Review logs, screenshots, file paths, filenames, and other attachments for personal information before sharing them. Email support first if a file needs private handling.
Forum email supports account confirmation, password recovery, and notifications. You can change notification preferences in your account settings. Posts can also link to or embed material hosted elsewhere; loading that material may send information such as your IP address to its host.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, email, and spam prevention. They process the information needed to provide those services. Registration checks share your IP address and a hashed version of your email address with a spam-prevention service; this check is not anonymous.
We do not use third-party analytics on the forum.
How long information is kept
- Account details and private drafts are kept while the account exists. We do not automatically delete accounts for inactivity.
- Operational logs are normally kept for up to 30 days.
- Moderation records are normally kept for up to 12 months.
- Backup copies are normally retained for up to 90 days.
Information may be kept longer when needed to investigate abuse or security incidents, or while resolving a recovery problem. Changes and deletions do not immediately remove older backup copies; those copies expire separately.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
Contact support@qtrfeast.com to request access, correction, or account deletion. We verify requests through the registered email address or a signed-in account. If you no longer control that address, we will assess verification privately. We will never ask for your password or a password-reset link.
Account deletion removes your live account and private drafts. Public discussions, posts, and uploads normally remain with their account attribution removed. Moderation records follow the retention periods above. Identifying information in post text, quoted replies, filenames, or attachments needs individual review; please point it out in your request.
Copies held by readers or search engines are outside our direct control. We keep a minimal record of deletion requests so they can still be honored after a backup recovery.
This is a small developer-run community, and responding to requests may take time. Please keep private information out of public discussions.
